Dell Computers - Lack of repair service

I need to get my Dell laptop's screen replaced - It is a high end 4k interactive screen so i can just replace it with a knock off.

I sent an email to Dell as per their website (which has no other contact numbers) and i was promised a reply in 2 day.

4 days later still no contact and Im now desperate.
