<p>I have never experienced more painful service than I have with the dell call centre number ********** 000,</p> <p>the lady that I was dealing with was Princess, of which when I called back after been disconnected they refused to provide me with a surname. When I call back AGAIN !!! to speak to a manager. They lady online AGAIN, which refuses to give me a name tells me that the product owners are OFFLINE !!!!. How can you not have a team lead, who can assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain how a huge company like Dell cannot have people who are able to go over and above to assist with a simple query. All I required was for someone to tell me the latest model of a latitude Ultrabook. How hard could it be, if I went online and started to look for it myself and found it. I have NEVER complained before about anyone service. This is my first time using Hellp Peter. I required a simple answer and I thought the quickest way to get this would be through the call centre. </p> <p> </p> <p>I dont require anything from you but this. PLEASE GET PEOPLE IN YOUR CALL CENTER WHO BELIEVE IN SERVICE DELIVERY !!!!!! or TEACH THEM SOME </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>
