dell aftersales warranty

<p>Dell claims to fix or amend your pc, laptop in 2 to 3 working days.</p> <p>Unfortunately they dont.</p> <p>I have purchased a Dell inspiron touch screen & the laptop lids hinges are damaged.</p> <p>I have placed numerous call logs with the call agents & they dont seem to go anywhere.</p> <p>In my opinon dont purchase a dell if you are in South Africa , the excuse is its to far away to source the hinges and therefore it might take like a month.</p> <p>So if you want to wait that long, its a pleasure. </p>
