Dell 27 inch monitor through Takealot

not going to go into much detail as i see Dell does not respond to complaints anyway, I received a cracked Dell screen from Takealot and neither had any interest in repairing or replacing the screen, dell went as far as to suggest that i take it to one of these 3rd party repair shops to repair, brand new screen.

Buy or dont buy dell screens through takealot, thats your choice, this was my experience.
