Constant hard drive crash

<p>I have two Dell pc's and one Dell laptop. The hard drive of one pc crashed once and the second pc the hard drive crashed twice. The new laptop the hard drive crashed after only a few months. NEVER again Dell. Their service response time is pathetic. </p>
