COMPLAINT - HAVE TO CALL INTERNATIONAL

Nowhere to be found is a South African telephone number for Dell. You first go directly through to the States and then it was required that I be put through to \Out of Warranty"- BASED IN INDIA!!!!. By now I had spent 20 minutes waiting to be attended to. When I eventually reached the said department I was on a call to INDIA. I requested whether I am paying for these international calls - YES. I asked that they call me back - THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE. <br> I have a problem with my Inspiron 3521. It was with Hi-Fi Corporation for approximately 2 weeks (where a Dell technician was called out)"
