CAN"T GET SUPPORT TO COME AND FIX

<p>This is really pathetic. I can't download the version of Windows software originally supp**** on my daughters laptop. The website tries to do a detect, but it is not on that Dell PC - that has creashed.</p> <p>Keep getting jerked around by support that i must have media.</p> <p>They can't even confirmthe key in the BIOS is the correct one installed on the PC. I have sent them the Service Tag and other ID.</p> <p>Can't get them to come and install. Just email after email of what they can't do..</p> <p> </p>
