Bluetooth Disappears

Bluetooth disappears This is the 6th time the Bluetooth on my laptop has disappeared, each time i take it back to Makro, Makro does NOTHING, keeps my Dell laptop with them for 2 days and then returns the laptop.

If i keep the laptop with me and also do anything in 2 days the Bluetooth appears again.

I am so sick of reporting this and phone Dell overseas and they cannot help. What do i do ? R 10 000 Dell headache.

So i get a nice polite reply to this complain and then NOTHING else happens.
