Best service ever!!!!!!!

The hard drive of my bosses laptop failed on Friday. The warranty expires 5 days later so this was something that had to be attended to immediately. On the laptop you can log the error. We did not have high hopes for this but logged it anyway and logged another service on the website Monday morning on their website. While on the (international) website logging the problem (also amazing service) Dell had a new hard drive delivered at the exact same moment. We were so shocked to get actual service from a computer company at all more so for a small company in a small rural town. We will be loyal Dell customers for life!!!
