Best aftersales service!

I bought a Dell 24" monitor a year and few months ago. I expierienced issues with the screen switching on and off by it self. I contacted Dell on Friday as the screen is still in warranty. They rep**** my email needing more information, by Monday they let me know that they will deliver my new screen during the week. I received it Wednesday. No stress, or hustle.They handled the situation very well! Thank you!
