Bad service or BAD product?

I bought a DELL Laptop from Hi Fi Corp, it was not even a month after the 1 year warranty has expired and the hard drive had to be replaced, after doing that its hardly a month after replacing the hard drive the the mother board is not working, i don't know who to complain to no one seems to want to hear my story, bad service or bad product?
