Bad Service From Pinnacle & Dell

<p>I requested a quote for a Dell server on Wed 12/14/2016, the Sales Person name is Dominic Sithole. A quote was issued and i paid the invoice then i was told that the server will be ready in the first week of January 2017. In 2017 i was now told that they cant get me that server anymore and they offered me an alternative and promised that i will not pay any difference as i have already paid and invoiced my customer. Today i am told that i must now pay the difference in order to receive the server.</p>
