Bad service and not telling the truth

drive to get it back again I lost all my work on there. Luckily I had some back ups. Lost the new ones. Now the new hard drive is giving all so problems when I told them they came out with the story about the guarantee. They refuse now to fixed I need to pay for it because the guarantee is not valid. Is this not fare to me.
