bad service

Im am very disappointed in the sevice I got from Dell. <br> <br> <br> I was told the technician will call an hour before he comes so I can meet him, but instead I got a call saying the technician is waiting at my house... so i rushed home (I was home 10min after i received the call) to find there is no technician at my house!!! The time then was 15:45 I called the call centre 5 times and eventually got hold of Carmen. She said she would find out where the technician went and let me know... that was 15:55...<br> <br> THAT WAS THE LAST!! I have not heard back from Carmen... I have made 18 calls since I last spoke to Carmen and the phone just ring and ring!!!!<br> <br> <br> I am super unhappy as this is my work Laptop and of high urgency to be fixed!!!<br> <br> <br> I will report this \I don't care"attitude from your staff.<br> <br> <br> """
