Bad service

I contacted Dell to repair my laptop Screen, I paid and the agent came to fix then I noticed that the color of the screen is not the same as the device been trying to contact them, sending numerous emails, and calling to no avail last week I received an email just referring me to call to an international number why not RSA number since the agent that came was from RSA.
