Bad Service

I bought a dell Inspiron 5720 less than 2years ago, I noticed that some of my buttons on my keyboard was not working, I called to inform dell. They asked me to send them a few pictures of the keyboard aswell as the side of the laptop. After hours of being on the phone with dell in India they informed me that they cannot replace my keyboard due to the fact that on the side of my laptop where my fan is, some of the bars has fallen off, which I feel is due to the bars being a very bad quality material. There was 2 bars left and even by touching them, one of the bars fell off. Because of the low quality bars they refused to replace my keyboard or anything else in that matter. <br> <br> I bought dell for the next business day warranty and im disappointed that they refused to send out a technician to even come and take a look at my laptop, they merely refused to repair my keyboard by looking at a picture <br> <br> Im disgusted by the service and I am regret buying dell.<br>
