BAD DELL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brand new PC (SFF) hard disk not working. After a few replacemets, DELL said they will replace the motherboard, SATA cable and hard disk AGAIN. Technician called me on 25 February ONLY to schedule the replacement and I asked him to com on 1st March. NOBODY CAME and now DELL sent me an e-mail telling me I must RELOG THE CALL!!!!!!! This has been going on for more than a month!!!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC - SERVICE DETERIORATING LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!
