Atrocious after sales service from Dell

I would caution anyone to buy a Dell laptop. The after sales service is absolutely **********. After trying to sort out an issue with them via their messaging service for almost 2 months now, they finally sent out a technician to “repair the issue”. Low and behold. He fixed a “Wifi issue” that was logged by Dell and not the issue with my sim card. I never even logged a Wifi issue. I had to cancel meetings this week as you “have to be available for 5 days in a row”. So not only have I lost income because I had to cancel with clients, my issue is also not close to being fixed.
