Amazing After Sales Support

I have dealt with Dell numerous times on behalf clients with problems on their laptops, all of my clients have the 3 year next business day warranty, which is an optional purchase. And in all the time I have dealt with their customer service and their support technicians I haven't had a single issue with them. Their customer care staff are friendly and always willing to help me and give advice when needed. Their technicians are always available to us when we need them, they are quick with their repairs, inform me of what exactly went wrong with the hardware that needed replacing and then they always follow up with us after a job was completed to make sure I was happy. I recommend Dell to all my clients with the additional purchase of the 3 year next business day warranty. Very very happy with Dell. I wouldn't use any other laptop manufacturer
