Poor quality & after service

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the couches I ordered from Delicate Couches in December. Within 3 months, the springs are protruding through the material, which is shocking and completely unacceptable. This is a clear sign of poor workmanship and substandard materials. I have been left frustrated, dissatisfied, and feeling that I wasted my money. I have contacted them on a weekly basis for months now. At 1st they made empty promises to come and inspect the couches. Now they just blatantly ignore me. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this company.
