I ordered pedestals and couches worth R15 000 last year November 17th , they delivered the wrong things and I returned them . I’ve since been waiting for my things , I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with them but they giving me the run around . They gave me dates for delivery but never pitched.

Poor quality & after service
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the couches I ordered from Delicate Couches in December. Within 3 months, the springs are protruding through the material, which is shocking and completely unacceptable. This is a clear sign of poor workmanship and substandard materials. I have been left frustrated, dissatisfied, and feeling that I wasted my money. I have contacted them on a weekly basis for months now. At 1st they made empty promises to come and inspect the couches. Now they just blatantly ignore me. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this company.

Poor quality & after service
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the couches I ordered from Delicate Couches in December. DelicateCouches - Awful Service
Horrific Service. Ordered my couch from Delicate Couches through Leroy Merlin on the 28th of November. After multiple follow ups with both Leroy Merlin and Delicate couches and 2 seperate promises of delivery, i was told on the 24th of December that they will refund me as they cant deliver as promised. Impossible to make another plan the day before Christmas. Awful service!!!!
