Possible property rental **** using another company’s registration details

I would strongly caution anyone dealing with this business.

They appear to be using the company registration number of a legitimate events company with the same name, “Deja Reve”. After becoming suspicious, I searched for the director of the legitimate company and contacted her directly. She confirmed telephonically that she has received numerous calls from people about a suspected **** operating under the same name. There are several red flags. They have a website using the same contact details, they request an upfront admin fee or deposit before you are allowed to view the property, and the banking details provided are for an individual’s personal bank account rather than a company account. They are not registered on the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Based on my experience, this appears highly suspicious. I would advise anyone considering dealing with them to be extremely careful, to verify the company details independently, and not to make any payment before confirming that the business and property are legitimate.
