Deja Reve Rentals
Okay, so this property advertised is definitely a ****. They used a **** CK number when searched it isn't the business that is advertised. They sent me a contract and I asked to view before hand they stated I need to fill in contract before hand. Okay, that's fare. But I had a gut feeling being in Cybersecurity and digital forensics that something was up and I do not need to share my credentials to anyone unless I am sure. I managed to get this property off Rent Uncle. When receiving the email for the property attached images and CK number emails addresses, number and Branch Manager name etc - I also noted that the email to Deja Reve Rentals was being used with domain name. Search https://www.domains.co.za/ to get an idea. However, domain name can be used to report and shut down the website and see who the owner of the domain belongs to. (FYI, for those who got ****med reach out to me) I noted a Case number - SAPS can demand info of the registrar using case number. So I went ahead with my checks and defiantly **** and a ****. I phoned and reported it to the property management company who manages the property. They are https://cnbuyprops.com/services/ For those who have posted already, the property name is Cedar Square and its location is 3/8 Glenwood Close Parklands - See email I received by them below Dear Applicant, Accept greetings from Deja Reve Rentals and hope this email finds you in good health. Possible property rental **** using another company’s registration details
I would strongly caution anyone dealing with this business. They appear to be using the company registration number of a legitimate events company with the same name, “Deja Reve”. After becoming suspicious, I searched for the director of the legitimate company and contacted her directly. She confirmed telephonically that she has received numerous calls from people about a suspected **** operating under the same name. There are several red flags. They have a website using the same contact details, they request an upfront admin fee or deposit before you are allowed to view the property, and the banking details provided are for an individual’s personal bank account rather than a company account. They are not registered on the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Based on my experience, this appears highly suspicious. I would advise anyone considering dealing with them to be extremely careful, to verify the company details independently, and not to make any payment before confirming that the business and property are legitimate.

SUSPECTED *****ULENT ACTIVITY. They received R12550.00 for a deposit of a rental then Deny me the address of the Rental to view the apartment. When realizing that they are ****mers. I request my money back which they deny me.
