You really canT rely on Defy.
<p>Bought an oven - the oven tempreture dial melted and could not use it to adjust oven temp. Bought a new oven. The element on the new oven blew after 1 year. Defy replaced the element. 6 months later (now) the element blew again. You really canT rely on Defy. </p>
Service department is very good. Friendly, efficient and gets the job done right. But my trust in defy ovens are still low. I've had three and all gave me problems, although the service department fixed all. Thank you to Willie and service team!
