YOU CAN'T RELY ON DEFY! DO NOT BUY

I bought a 555l double door fridge in 2018 and at the the water dispenser was faulty. Water was not coming out and you had to push very hard to get a small trickle of water. The door handle started clipping out when we opened the door so we clipped it back in. It is still loose. At the end of the year it stopped working and O K Furniture refused to exchange it. Defy also refused and sent someone to change the fan. A year later the fan was making very loud noises. They sent someone to change it again. This is before the end of year 3 on a product with a 5 year warranty. I've made calls and sent emails several times and no one is helping me. The fridge is generally noisy. DO NOT BUY DEFY. YOU CAN'T RELY ON DEFY. AFTER SALES IS PATHETIC!
