You cant rely on Defy!

My stove broke early December. I still have a broken stove! Call centre is absolutely clueless. I just have to wait, wait, wait for nothing! I am furious and have a child to feed. After I waited more than the 3-5 working days for the tech to come out to my house, he left wiyh R650 and vanished. Defy cant give us answers, trace anything or fix the oven door!
