You can’t rely on defy

My mom and dad have been living in their retired home for just five years . Their oven , the Gemini petit chef multifunction under the counter .... has needed a new element every year . I find this unacceptable. My mom is a pensioner and every Rand counts in times where even bread is expensive for her to have to pay over R600 rands call out fee and then still for the repair of the element .... and this every year . Service , quality just not what it used to be .
