You can't rely on Defy!

Feedback I am getting from Defy Appliances re my top-loader washing machine is pathetic!

They claim it's all in order, but no technicians have observed a complete cycle to see what the spin is doing to the clothes. This is just not ok! So unimpressed with Defy Appliances - I also would have thought that Makro where I bought it from would have been more keen to resolve this.
