YOU CANNOT RELY ON DEFY

I reported my faulty Defy Fridge, Model no: L60445NE, Product no: *** Product Code: DFD447, Serial No: *** on Thursday 9 July. The entire cooling unit is rusted and does not work anymore. I was told by the service agent to email '***' with pictures of the fridge and frozen cooling unit, which I did..

But 5 days later, I am still awaiting any feedback from Defy. And sitting without a fridge...

Will never buy any Defy appliance again. Poor service. Poor products.

You can most definitely NOT RELY ON DEFY. Not living up to their company logo in any way.

If they wish to keep a competitive edge or any share in the market, they will definitely have to up their gain, appliance quality and customer service.
