You CANNOT rely on DEFY / BELIEVE IN INFERIOR

Hellopeter, with my first two reviews the companies contacted me immediately the day after my review and my problems were solved with no hassles. Thank you for that. how ever, My last review, two weeks ago, DEFY never contacted me. So they are ignoring Hellopeter like they ignored me for years. Email contacts on their website and they don't reply. I am still stuck with a faulty oven with wrong hinges, a quality control mistake which I paid a pretty penny for. Defy should change their slogan to : YOU CANNOT RELY ON DEFY and BELIEVE IN INFERIOR!
