You CANNOT rely on Defy

<p>Convection microwave oven purchased 2 years ago has been taken to Defy 6 times for same problem. Defy do not reply to e-mails. Defy do not return telephone calls. Shocking after sales (lack of) service. You CANNOT rely on a defy. Machine last repaired in July, took 1 month to repair, now same fault persists. Faithful Defy customer for large appliances for many years. Time to change my brand loyalty. What a great pity.</p>
