You cannot rely on Defy!!

Due to the poor quality of the freezer and fridge we bought a couple of years ago we needed both to be repaired. The technician was also told to order new shelving as the exisiting ones were so useless that they had broken. He said he never had any and would put them on back order. This was over 7 weeks ago. We still have not received them. One thing is for sure we will never buy Defy appliances again. We wish we could get our money back and buy appliances that we can rely on.
