You CANNOT rely on Defy

I bought a Defy freezer in March of this year. I have had it for only 6 months. It is completely malfunctioning. All my food (meat etc) has defrosted. I logged a call on Saturday, but because they dont work on weekends, it could only be put through on Monday. Today is Monday and they cannot help me today, they said they MAY come Tuesday. In the meantime, I'm losing thousands of rands worth of food.<br> I hope that I am reimbursed for all the food that Ive lost.
