You CAN'T rely on Defy!

What a pity we didn't read the latest Noseweek article before we bought our tumble drier! The best tumble drier I ever owned - while it worked! Once it broke (still under warrantee) - can we get ANYONE at the repair centre to repair it? No. 2 months in the middle of winter without a tumble drier in Cape Town. Shame on you defy. Shame on you! They don't fix their products. They don't call you back. They don't care AT ALL about their customers!
