You CAN'T rely on DEFY!

<p>The entire range of larger household appliances in my home are Defy appliances. Fridge, freezer, thermofan oven, washing machine, tumble drier. Every single one of them except the gas oven hob has given problems, required major (and expensive!) repairs or had to be replaced within three or four years.</p> <p>I purchased a model DFC 403 refrigerator less than 3 years ago. Two weeks ago it stopped working. I have been waiting for a spare part ever since, because Defy has no stock.</p> <p>This was one of the more expensive refrigerators in Defy's product range. How can it last less than 3 years??? Even worse is Defy's attitude to the problem. They shrugged their shoulders and told me the guarantee has expired.</p> <p>I will never in my entire life buy a Defy appliance again. And I hope as many other people out there will switch to other brands as well.</p>
