You can rely on Defy... for nothing

Have tried calling their spares department for a replacement portable aircon remote. The website has limited spares so I needed to call. Nobody picks up the phone. Went through to reception eventually. The receptionist picks up the phone and continues another conversation - then after attending to me, cuts me off to put me back to the same spares department that doesn't answer. Eventually I get back to her and ask if there's a system to leave a message and my number - she doesn't respond and puts me back on hold. So I give up after 4 attempted calls and 20 minutes on the phone.
