You can rely on Defy? Apparently not.

<p>Wow, it is exceptionally difficult to find the words to say without being extremely insulting towards DEFY! My mother logged a call with their service centre to come out and fix our oven, stove top and hobb on Monday morning. They were supposed to phone her back within an hour. They obviously didn't phone back and today (Friday) when I called them, I was told to wait 5 times only to be eventually put through to someone who told me that the call was not logged on Monday when my mother phoned. I was then told to wait again and after trying for 15 minutes I eventually put down the phone because NOBODY could help me!!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this????? The most ironic thing that was repeated again and again while waiting for someone to answer was ''You can rely on Defy to supply''. </p>
