You can NOT rely on Defy

I bought a new Defy Gas Hob. I tried to get a Defy accredited installer as not to loose my guarantee/ warrantee. The lady at the helpdesk was very unhelpful and after I asked for an email address so I can email my request she put the phone down in my ear. So now I still have an gas Defy Hob that I cant install because if I use an non-accredited installer I will lose my guarantee...wished I bought an Smeg or Bosch.
