You can NOT rely on Defy

I bought a Defy dishwasher from House & Home and it started leaking through the door and after filling up with water, it just never starts to wash.
The person that came out to fix it, said we just needed to tilt it backwards and give us a call if it still didn't work....that was his expert advise.
A month later he came back to pick it up.

During the time it was at Defy to get fixed i made between 10 - 20 calls to find out when is it going to be fixed.

They said that it is ready to be delivered. I asked them what they actually did to fix it and they said that they fixed the door. Not the problem, just the door. So i told them to NOT deliver it before it's fixed. So the manager got involved and tested it himself. He said that it started up so it must be working. So obviously his word means less than nothing now.
Lots of back and forth again and numerous phone calls again.
After it was at Defy for 3 months to get fixed, they delivered it with 3 cracks, lots of scratches, dirty, full of duct tape marks and most importantly it is still not fixed.
All the lights go on, but it doesn't work.
So Defy....are you going to replace my dishwasher after wasting 4 months of my time?
Are you going to employ people that actually know what they are doing?
Or are you going to give one of those generic responses about how you are looking into the matter and how you are sorry for the inconvenience?
Let see, because next step is CPA and lawyers. Enough is enough.

Charl
