You can no longer rely on DEFY !

In 2008 I purchased an expensive Defy Stove. In the ten years since I've had this stove, I have had to replace the bottom element 5 or 6 times. My previous stove was a Kelvinator which I had for over 20 years and I never replaced the element EVER !!!

Defy appliances are just not what they used to be. I no longer feel that the slogan "you can rely on Defy" is a fair representation of their product. This continual expense and inconvenience is unpleasant.

Not happy at all.
