You can never rely on Defy

I bought a Defy washing machine in 2012 and for the first time this year the machine gave me problems and is currently not working. A technician came out to check what's the problem and try to fix it. he discovered that there are parts that need to be replaced. i then called Defy in Johannesburg to order the parts, at first i was told that they don't have stock and they are going to order. i waited 3 weeks and no one contacted me back to tell me whats going on when can i come collect the parts. so yesterday i decided to go there to inquire and when i get i'm told that those part have been discontinued. when i asked if there's any alternative parts i was told no, and i asked what must i do with the machine. i was told i must buy a new washing machine. i have only had the machine for 7 years and it took me 3 years to pay off that machine on credit. and now i'm told the machine is useless and i must buy a new one. i expect Defy to manufacture those parts for me so my machine can be functional again. and i'm never buying Defy appliances again the quality and service is terrible.
