Wow defy just dont last

I bought a twin tub washing machine october 2022 yes i unfortunately believe in defy and my twin tub the old style however exactly 13 months later my machine does not want to drain the spinner does not turn well i believe. I bought this 18 kg machine as i have a partially paralyzed 3 year old and do washing at least 4 times a week i tried to call the whole day but the lines just keep on hanging will my machine be repaired please i can not sit without a machine with my daughter we are in kathu northern cape no technicians in the 50 km radius. Will this be covered as a warranty
