Worst Service from Defy Team

I wasn't able to give this review a ZERO rating, otherwise I would. I stay in a Balwin complex, and have been waiting 4 weeks for a new fridge, without NOT EVEN AN UPDATE from the Defy Team.

Danny Diane shows ZERO customer service as a Service Manager. I am APALLED at the "service" shown.

Still waiting for my fridge, or any helpful information on the ETA.
