WORST SERVICE EVER! WORST PRODUCTS EVER!

Worst product and service! Even worse than hisense which we tried to get away from due to pathetic products and service! Defy takes the cake!

We have come home to the fridge having the error as I will send on now. We have tried everything the manual has said and the error is still occurring. We have phoned your call centre and told we will have to wait 3 days for someone to come out and attend to the problem. This IS NOT acceptable!!!!!!!! This product is not even 2 month old! I will not accept 3 days turn around for this to be attended to. I WILL HOLD DEFY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSE OF MY ITEMS IN MY FRIDGE & FREEZER IF YOUR TECHNICIAN DO NOT ATTEND TO THIS BY NO LATER THAN TOMORROW!

THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC!

All your agent has to say is "sorry the best I can do is put it on an emergency call out"
