Worst service ever

2 week ago 13 Dec I reported my freezer not work. They gave me a ref *** that they will come on the 21 Dec, I wait until 4pm and called customer service line and the operator said that they on their way. The tech guy never pitch up. I phone again Monday and again operator said it's now booked for the 27 Dec. Phoned that afternoon of 27th and the operator put me thru to Tech guy and he said he would be here 9am Saturday 28th. It's now Saturday 28th 9.30 am and I'm still wait for him. It's the worse service I have received from Defy service
