WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I bought a Defy Twin Tub washing for a friend in January 2017. The machine had problems from the begining when when we finally got a job number at DEFY to come and repair it, they came but did not have all the spares they told my friend she could use the machine like that and that they will come back with the right spares on Friday, Friday came and Friday went nobody even bothered to phone to tell that they wont be comming. Because they told my friend she could use this machine she did on Saturday ... SURPRISE after one load the machine stopped working and she had to remove the water by herself. I am fed up with defy at this stage and demand that they replace this product as it is my right according to the Consumer protection act to ask for a replacement . I know only poor people buy twin tubs these days so maybe that it why DEFY do not care about the service they provide.</p> <p> </p>
