Worst service ever

<p>Need a belt for washing Defy washing machine Auto****.</p> <p>After weeks of calling the Mantague Cape Town branch they keep you on the line to put you through to spares and after minutes on the line the call drops.</p> <p>call back and complain and get given the direct number for spares...no answer call after call.</p> <p>I then decided to call JHB branch and the part was found in East London and couriered to me.</p> <p>I will never buy A Defy product after many years of only using Defy Products.</p> <p> </p>
