Worst service and customer care ever.
I bought a Defy Corner Wash Dishwasher in March 2021. In July I reported to them that the bottom blades is hitting somethig when the machine whashes. They just said they received my fault log but nothing came of it. In November 2021 I reported it again. During 2022 I phoned and got no response. Now the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes anymore and the spray arm at the bottom gets stuck in the bottom tray. I have reported it again and did not receive any feedback.

31 May 2023, 15:19Defy was quick with a reply and contact me yesterday to arrange an appointment for today at 12:00. I had to take of work to be at home at 12:00 and now it is 15:18 and no one has pitched up or let me know they are not coming. It is unprofessional and disrepectfull.
