Worst service and after sales service.

I bought a Defy 18kg washing machine on the 18th of January 2022. 6 months later the spinner started to leak water, Defy sent a mechanic to repair the leak and scratched the washing machine in progress. Currently the washing machine is making a noise when washing. I have contacted Defy sereval times to resolve the matter but I do not get any response from them.
