Worst Repair Service ever
Most shocking service I have every had to deal with!!
We bought a Defy Washer/Dryer from Makro. The electronics gave in 2years ago.
We took ‘n to a Defy Accredited Repair Store in Ermelo. Defy sent on 3 different occasions the wrong part and I took months for each part to come.
Ou baby is coming in a month’s time and we need the dryer. We drove today 300km to bring it to head office in Midrand. We were stopped at the gate because they were on strike.
NEVER EVER will I buy a Defy appliance again! Coming from a lady that only had Defy appliances in her house. i even gave our Defy fridge away.
